For a judge to rip a perfect child from her surviving parent, abducted 2 months earlier from her perfect home, hours after her mother's mysterious death -- abetting numerous felony-levelTexas Penal Code violations - into the hands of long-estranged abusers with a history of alcoholism, domestic violence, and unthinkable malice to Heidi (and who may have killed her) and with 2 prior kidnap attempts?
Through the travesty of Travis County Courts where a judge, with fabricated jurisdiction, can embark on an inexplicable mission to aid a long-estranged abuser with 2 prior kidnap attempts destroy a family, and the inexplicable failure of the 3rd Court of Appeals to allow a judge to hold a judge accountable and enforce the law.

And then do everything possible to smear her father and sever her family relationships -- effectively orphaning her. With a fabricated domestic violence finding without any legal accuser or credible accusation, and with a protective order all but severing contact based on a stalking finding for texting Harlan when she was completely out of contact in the days before and after Heidi's death. After Texas Child Protective Service investigated and ruled it out any abuse, APD interviewed Harlan AND investigated and found no merit at all to Heidi's spousal rape allegation, no allegation of abuse BY HEIDI 72 hours prior to death, supported by TX CPS, Harlan's own therapist, sister, and school principal -- all of who saw and spoke to her AFTER she last saw her dad.
Short answer, it's not. Only one of 11 of the top attorneys in Travis County ventured an explanation - "you're being railroaded."
So how can this happen? Protective Orders - the IED of legal terrorism - combined with unfathomable legal malfeasance. Quoting the Parental Alienation Study Group: many courts, particularly family courts, are operating outside constitutional boundaries. This is the root cause of the problems faced by all parties involved. It is time to stop fighting each other and instead, come together to fix the broken system that is violating constitutional rights.

IN 2019 after Deborah's 2nd kidnap attempt Heidi wrote: Having a united front and sticking together is the most important thing, aside from Harlan, in the world to me. And yes I know my parents will try to break us up for years.
